- A sandbox testing environment - not a physical product that can be returned
- A service subscription - similar to gym memberships or software licenses
- An educational tool - once accessed, the value has been delivered
2.3 Abuse Prevention

- Service abuse (subscribing, extracting value, then requesting refunds)
- Resource wastage (frequent sign-ups and cancellations)
- Administrative overhead that would increase costs for all users

4. Account Activation Policy
4.1 Point of No Return
Once your account is activated, the subscription is considered fully delivered and no refunds are possible.

Your account is considered "activated" when:
- We create your n8n sandbox instance
- We send you your login credentials
- Your sandbox environment is accessible
This typically occurs within a few hours to one business day after payment verification.
4.3 Pre-Activation Cancellation
In the rare case where you wish to cancel BEFORE account activation:

- Cancellation must be requested before we create your account
- If approved, refund processing may take 7-14 business days
- We reserve the right to decline pre-activation cancellations at our discretion
Important: Pre-activation cancellation is rare and not guaranteed. If your account has already been created when you contact us, no refund will be provided.

After your subscription ends:
- Your data is retained for 90 days
- You can renew if you change your mind
- No need to start from scratch
7.4 Account Transfer
While we don't offer refunds, if you know someone who would benefit:

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
