1. Service Description

1.1 Sandbox Environment

AI Elite Flow provides a sandbox testing environment for students to learn, test, practice, and familiarize themselves with n8n workflow automation. This is NOT a production environment.

1.2 Intended Use

The Service is designed exclusively for:

• Learning workflow automation concepts
• Testing and experimenting with n8n features
• Practicing workflow creation and debugging
• Building workflow automation skills
• Educational and training purposes

1.3 NOT for Production Use

Important: This sandbox is for testing only. Do NOT use this service for:

• Production workloads or business-critical operations
• Processing sensitive or confidential data
• Commercial or revenue-generating activities
• Mission-critical applications

1.4 Service Components

Your subscription includes:

• Access to a self-hosted n8n instance
• Ability to create and test workflows
• Storage for workflows, templates, and configurations
• WhatsApp support during business hours
• 12 months of sandbox access

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

AI Elite Flow is available to students aged 12 years and older. Users under 18 years of age should obtain parental or guardian consent before subscribing.

2.2 One Account Per Student

Each student is entitled to one (1) account only. Multiple account creation by the same individual is prohibited.

2.3 Account Information

When registering, you must provide:

• Accurate and complete information
• A valid email address
• A working phone number (for WhatsApp communication)
• Your real name (not aliases or fake names)

2.4 Account Activation

After payment verification, we will create your credentials and send them to you. Account activation typically occurs within a few hours to one business day after payment confirmation.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Fee

The subscription fee for AI Elite Flow is RM599 per year. This fee is subject to change with notice to subscribers.

3.2 Payment Process

To subscribe:

1. Complete payment through our Malaysian payment gateway
2. Send payment confirmation to our WhatsApp (+60175734099)
3. Receive your account credentials via WhatsApp or email

3.3 Subscription Period

Your subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of account activation.

3.4 Renewal

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription before expiration to maintain access. We will notify you before your subscription expires.

3.5 No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once your account is activated, no refunds will be provided. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use AI Elite Flow to:

• Create and test workflow automations
• Learn n8n functionality and features
• Practice building integrations
• Experiment with workflow logic
• Develop your automation skills

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use AI Elite Flow for:

• Illegal Activities: Any illegal purpose or activity under Malaysian law or international law
• Malicious Use: Creating malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or emails
• Cryptocurrency Mining: Using resources for mining operations
• DDoS Attacks: Participating in or launching denial-of-service attacks
• Data Scraping: Excessive or abusive data scraping activities
• Phishing: Creating workflows for phishing or fraud
• Copyright Infringement: Violating intellectual property rights
• Adult Content: Processing or distributing adult or explicit content
• Harassment: Using the service to harass, threaten, or abuse others

4.3 Enforcement

We actively monitor for prohibited activities. If we discover malicious usage or illegal activity:

• Your account will be immediately blocked and disabled
• No refund will be provided
• We may report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
• We may pursue legal action if necessary

5. Service Limitations and Resources

5.1 No Hard Limits

We do not impose strict limits on:

• Storage space
• Workflow execution count
• Bandwidth usage

5.2 Fair Usage Policy

While we don't set hard limits, we operate under a Fair Usage Policy. This means:

• Use resources reasonably for testing and learning
• Do not monopolize shared infrastructure
• Do not create bottlenecks that affect other users
• Do not run continuous heavy operations unnecessarily

5.3 Excessive Use

If we detect abuse or excessive use that causes system bottlenecks or affects other users:

• We will contact you via WhatsApp or email
• We may temporarily disable your account
• You must agree to use the service based on fair usage principles
• Account will be reactivated once issue is resolved

5.4 What Constitutes Excessive Use

Examples of excessive use include:

• Running thousands of workflows per hour continuously
• Storing hundreds of gigabytes of data
• Making millions of API calls per day
• Using extreme amounts of CPU or memory
• Any usage pattern that significantly exceeds typical student testing needs

6. Account Security and Credentials

6.1 Credential Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6.2 Credential Sharing

Credential sharing with non-subscribers is prohibited.

• Your credentials are for your personal use only
• Do not share your username and password with others
• If you share credentials, you are responsible for all actions taken using your account
• We may suspend accounts with suspicious sharing patterns

6.3 Password Security

You should:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Change your password periodically
• Not use the same password as other services

7. Service Availability and Uptime

7.1 No Uptime Guarantee

As this is a sandbox service for testing purposes, we do NOT guarantee any specific uptime percentage.

7.2 Service Interruptions

The service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Force majeure events
• Security incidents

7.3 Maintenance Windows

We may perform maintenance at any time. When possible:

• We will notify subscribers in advance
• We will try to minimize disruption
• We will schedule during off-peak hours when feasible

7.4 Extended Downtime Compensation

If the service experiences downtime of more than 2 days within a calendar year due to issues within our control, we will compensate affected subscribers with an additional 2 months of subscription extension at no charge.

7.5 Support Hours

WhatsApp support is available during business hours:

• Time: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday (Weekdays)
• Closed: Weekends and Malaysian public holidays

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

AI Elite Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 No Data Loss Liability

We are NOT liable for any data loss.

• This is a testing sandbox, not a production environment
• You should not store critical or irreplaceable data
• Regular backups are your responsibility
• We do not guarantee data preservation

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, AI Elite Mastery shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors or bugs in the n8n software
• Actions of third-party services you integrate with

8.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period (RM599).

8.5 Third-Party Services

n8n allows integration with third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability or reliability
• Changes to third-party APIs or services
• Data handling by third-party services
• Costs incurred from third-party service usage

8.6 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your workflows and their outputs
• Data you input into the system
• API keys and credentials you configure
• Compliance with third-party service terms
• Any costs from external services you use

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension for Fair Usage Violations

We may temporarily suspend your account if:

• You violate the Fair Usage Policy
• Your usage causes system bottlenecks
• You exceed reasonable resource consumption

Suspension will continue until you agree to comply with fair usage terms.

9.2 Immediate Termination

We will immediately and permanently terminate your account for:

• Illegal activities
• Malicious use of the service
• Prohibited activities as defined in Section 4
• Severe violations of these Terms

No refund will be provided for terminated accounts.

9.3 Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Note:

• No refund will be provided for remaining subscription time
• Your data will be deleted after the 90-day cooling-off period
• You can request immediate data deletion

9.4 Subscription Expiration

When your subscription expires:

• Your account access is immediately disabled
• Your data is retained for 90 days
• You can renew to regain access
• After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Intellectual Property

AI Elite Flow, our website, branding, and materials are owned by AI Elite Mastery Sdn Bhd. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our website or branding
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Reverse engineer or replicate our service

10.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of workflows, templates, and content you create. However:

• You grant us the right to store and process your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any code or content you use
• You must not upload content that violates others' intellectual property rights

10.3 n8n Software

n8n is open-source software with its own license terms. We provide access to n8n as part of our service, but n8n is developed and owned by n8n GmbH.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

11.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features
• Change service specifications
• Upgrade or downgrade infrastructure
• Implement new policies or limitations

11.2 Terms Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will notify active subscribers via email for significant changes
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

11.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing. Price changes will:

• Apply to new subscriptions only
• Not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
• Be announced with at least 30 days' notice

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to:

• Contact us to discuss the issue
• Attempt to resolve disputes amicably
• Use mediation if necessary

12.4 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In case of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English version shall prevail.
